Fidara Dental Supply is operated by Tianjin Xingcha Yundu Technology Co., Ltd. (Tianjin, China), which issues quotations and proforma invoices, receives payment and ships orders from China. In this policy, "we" means that company. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect

When you send a quote request, we collect your name, company, country, email address, WhatsApp number, message and the list of products. The WhatsApp number is required only if you choose WhatsApp. If you enter it on the email route, we still keep it.

When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we keep your messages and our replies.

If you place an order, we also keep what we need to invoice and ship it: delivery address, import details if your country needs them, and the payment reference.

Our store and our bot checks also see technical data such as your IP address and browser.

Why we use it

We use your data to reply to you, prepare a quotation or proforma invoice, take and ship your order, keep accounting records, and keep the site secure. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

What we do not have

There are no customer accounts, no newsletter, and no analytics or advertising tags on this site. Shopify sets the cookies the store needs to work and keeps its own technical logs. We set no other cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

Who handles data for us

  • Shopify hosts the store and the quote form.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is sent by a person. It sees your IP address and browser data.
  • The quote-record service, hosted on Vercel, holds the record of your request. You reach it only through a private link we send you. Keep that link private.
  • WhatsApp and email carry our replies. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and its terms apply to messages sent through it.
  • The manufacturer, freight forwarder and carrier receive the order and delivery details they need to make, pack and ship your goods.
  • Our bank sees payer details when you pay by bank transfer.

Where data goes

Data is processed in China, the United States and other countries where these providers work. Your country's law may treat this as a transfer abroad. By contacting us you accept this.

How long we keep it

We keep data as long as needed to deal with your request and order, and as long as accounting, tax and other laws require.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, or to object to or limit how we use it. You may also complain to your data-protection authority. Send your request through the contact above. We reply within one month, or sooner if your law says so. We may keep records the law requires us to keep.

Children

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
