Warranty

Period

The warranty period shown on the product page applies. Where none is shown, warranty is 12 months. The period runs from the shipment date. The quotation states the period that applies to your order.

What is covered

Defects in materials and workmanship. Consumables and wear parts, such as blades, filters and tips, are not covered unless the quotation says so.

Support

For a covered fault we give remote technical support and supply replacement parts.

How to claim

Contact us by WhatsApp +1 929 345 0492 or the contact page. Include your reference (it starts with FQ-), the model and serial number if there is one, a description of the fault, and photos or a short video. We handle the claim with the manufacturer for you.

What we do

After review we offer one of: a replacement part, a repair, a replacement unit, or a refund. When the fault is ours, we choose the remedy. This is decided with the manufacturer. Do not send anything back until we confirm it in writing.

Freight

A fault is ours when we sent the wrong item, when there is a manufacturing defect within the warranty, or when we are responsible for damage under the trade terms in your quotation. When the fault is ours, we pay the freight for anything we send you to put it right. We do not ask you to send goods back unless it is necessary. If we ask you to return goods because of a fault that is ours, we pay the return freight. In all other cases a return needs our written agreement, and you pay the return freight.

Not covered

Misuse, connecting the goods to a power supply that does not match the voltage on their label, lack of maintenance, accidents, wear and tear, and repairs or changes by anyone we have not agreed to.

Damaged or wrong goods on arrival are handled under the Refund policy: report them within 7 days after delivery. Delivery means the day the goods are delivered to you, or collected by you or your freight forwarder.

Fidara Dental Supply is operated by Tianjin Xingcha Yundu Technology Co., Ltd. (Tianjin, China), which issues quotations and proforma invoices, receives payment and ships orders from China.
