Fidara Dental Supply supplies dental laboratory equipment to distributors, labs and clinics worldwide. It is operated by Tianjin Xingcha Yundu Technology Co., Ltd. (Tianjin, China), which issues quotations and proforma invoices, receives payment and ships orders from China. Our team in Tianjin handles sourcing, pre-shipment inspection and export.
We work with manufacturers in China. Our range covers workstations, furnaces, sandblasters, vacuum mixers, polishing systems and dust collectors, with consumables and spare parts.

How do I order?
Add products to your quote list or use Request a quote. We confirm model, voltage and quantity with you, then send a written quotation. Your quotation states the freight cost and the trade terms (for example DAP or DDP). You pay only after you accept the quotation.
How do I pay after a quotation?
After you send a request, we reply with a written quotation. After you accept it, we send a proforma invoice with our bank details. You pay by bank transfer (T/T) to Tianjin Xingcha Yundu Technology Co., Ltd., and include the reference of your request in the payment. Payment is in full before shipment, unless our quotation states a deposit and balance. Check the bank details with us on WhatsApp before you transfer. If you are ever sent different bank details by message or email, do not pay: check with us on WhatsApp first. This site does not take payment. We ship after your payment has arrived in our account.
Which voltage will I receive?
Tell us your country when you request a quote. The voltage is confirmed with you, written on your quotation and marked on the carton.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time has two parts. The lead time is how long we need to get the goods ready to ship after we receive your payment; it is stated in your quotation. The freight transit time depends on the trade terms, the carrier and the route; ask us for an estimate for your destination. Import duties and taxes are not included unless your quotation states DDP. You are the importer and handle customs clearance, unless your quotation states DDP.
What if the machine arrives damaged or stops working?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery if goods arrive damaged or wrong. The warranty period is shown on the product page; where none is shown, it is 12 months from the shipment date. When the fault is ours, we repair, replace, send the missing part or refund, and we pay the freight for what we send you. Details are on the Warranty page and in the Refund policy.
